#JUSTICE FOR IZU/ # JUSTICE FOR UWA PART 2

The news of izu and Uwa still cause my heart to ache but like always everything in life has a lesson to teach and these stories have brought us to this themes;Rape,False rape allegation, Suicide and most of all where to draw the line with the use of social media.

RAPE: i firmly stand against rape and i feel it is a cowardice act that is perpetrated by the weak.Victims of rape are likely to be scared for life and it takes a whole lot of courage to be able to move on after that tragedy. I used to believe that it was only girls that were subjected to rape but recently i also realized boys could be violated even though on rare occasions. People facing this trauma need a lot of help to overcome it, they need love, a listening ear, most of all they need patience. it is not a day's job but with support from family members they can overcome it, so if you around someone who has been raped don't get tired of showing love.Perpetrators of this evil act  should watch out because when they are caught there will be nothing like" tender justice with".

FALSE RAPE ALLEGATION: Before Izu case, i did not know or i did not consider the fact that people could actually make false rape accusations because to me rape is a very delicate subject that should not be toyed or used as a   revenge weapon for rejection or just to slander people. A tragedy such as  rape should  not be toyed with by attention seekers  who wish to make headlines. Nanichi Anese (a  tweeter influencer) allegedly brought out a sex offenders list on her tweeter handle with no further details. This "feminist"  posted this list with no constitutional mandate . She made herself a judge. Some of Nani and Izu's previous messages show that Izu reached out to Nani on several occasions but to no avail. After much effort to clear his name Izu took his life on the 16 July. Some videos on tweeter izu made before committing suicide shows that Nani's accusation was just the "cherry on the cake".Izu in that video admitted that the last three years have been rough for him and he had attempted to take his life before in 2019.

SUICIDE:Is suicide really the option? I think not, suicide is never the option and i tell you it is never  the solution either. I know it isn't easy at all for someone to ever come to the conclusion that suicide is the solution to whatever is wrong with them. In my opinion one of the causes  of suicide is having to  bottle up problems, keeping problems and situations you can't handle to yourself. We should learn to pay close attention to happenings in our society. Most times people who are suicidal give obvious signs before they actually commit suicide, we just refuse to see them. When you ever start to feel suicidal , talk to someone,  don't keep it all to yourself. Let's stop leaving in regret, stop all our " if i had known" or " If he had told me".

   To be continued........
